Procision Oxford ISL (Inclusive Supportive Learning) is our new dedicated programme designed to provide high-quality education, training, and personal development opportunities for young people aged 16+ with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
At Procision Oxford, we believe every learner should have the chance to fulfil their potential, both in the classroom and beyond. ISL combines tailored learning support with our proven expertise in education and sport, ensuring learners are engaged, supported, and inspired throughout their journey.
Individualised Learning Plans – personalised pathways that meet each learner’s needs and aspirations.
Specialist SEN Support – delivered by experienced staff trained in inclusive education.
Practical and Academic Development – a balance of classroom-based learning, vocational opportunities, and life skills.
Supportive Environment – small groups, accessible facilities, and a nurturing atmosphere.
Recognised Qualifications – learners work towards an Award (6 Credits) and Certificate (15 Credits) at Entry Levels 1, 2 and 3.
Progression Pathways – preparation for further education, employment, or independent living.
Throughout the programme, learners complete a variety of engaging and practical units designed to build confidence, independence, and employability skills. Units may include:
Alongside vocational and life-skills units, learners also receive structured support to develop their Maths, English, and Reading skills. This ensures that every student has the opportunity to improve their core learning abilities, boosting confidence and preparing them for further study, employment, and everyday independence.
Work experience is a central part of the ISL programme. Learners gain hands-on opportunities within Procision Oxford’s Football Academy, working across all departments to develop real-life skills and professional abilities.
