One of the biggest advantages of Procision Oxford's Fitness & Recovery Department is the collaboration between our coaches and rehabilitation specialists.
Athletes recovering from injury can seamlessly transition from rehabilitation with Amy Taylor and George Rushton into strength and conditioning programmes delivered by Robbie Gallagher. This integrated approach ensures athletes receive the right support at every stage of their development, whether they are returning from injury, improving athletic performance or preparing for competition.
By combining rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, football coaching and personal training, we provide a complete athlete development pathway designed to maximise performance and support long-term success

Strength and Conditioning at Procision Oxford is led by Robbie Gallagher, supporting athletes with structured physical development programmes designed to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
Sessions focus on developing the key physical qualities required in sport, including strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, mobility and movement efficiency.
Areas of Focus
Programmes are individualised to suit each athlete's sport, training age, goals and schedule.
Alongside his role within Procision Oxford, Robbie also provides:
His coaching combines football-specific knowledge with performance development principles to help athletes improve both on and off the pitch.

Amy works closely with athletes throughout every stage of the injury recovery process, helping them safely return to training and competition while reducing the risk of future injuries.
With a strong understanding of rehabilitation, movement mechanics and athlete development, Amy creates individual recovery programmes tailored to each athlete's specific injury, sport and goals. Her approach focuses not only on recovery but also on building confidence, restoring performance and helping athletes return stronger than before.
Areas of Support
Amy works collaboratively with coaches, athletes and the wider performance team to ensure a smooth transition from rehabilitation back into full training and competition.

George specialises in helping athletes overcome injury setbacks and maximise their long-term physical development. His athlete-centred approach focuses on identifying the root cause of injuries and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation strategies that support both recovery and future performance.
Working with athletes from a range of sporting backgrounds, George provides structured rehabilitation plans designed to improve movement quality, physical resilience and overall athletic performance. His aim is not only to get athletes back participating but to help them return stronger, more confident and better prepared for the demands of their sport.
Areas of Support
George works alongside the Strength & Conditioning and coaching teams to provide athletes with a complete support network throughout their recovery and development journey.
